ONLINE REGISTRATION

Register online using BelkaCar app. You don’t have to come to our office to sign the contract. Just enter your passport, driving license and debit/credit card details.

CAR BOOKING

BelkaCar app will offer you to book the nearest available car in Moscow. 20 minutes free booking time is included, after this booking will be automatically prolonged at 2 rubles per minute.

CAR CONTROL

The car can be fully controlled with an app. You can start the rent by clicking a button in an app. If you’d like to make a stop, yet reserving the vehicle for you, just click the button “Waiting” and the car will be reserved for you at a 2 rubles per minute tariff.

CAR FUELING

When booking the car, you can see fuel level of every vehicle (the app will show you how many kilometers you can drive without refill). By clicking “Fueling” button while driving, you will see over 500 available gas stations throughout the city. You shall pay by using the fuel card, which can be found in the glove compartment of the car (at our expense).

PERSONAL ACCOUNT

In your personal account you can add and delete debit/credit cards, choose the one to be used, invite friends and receive free rides. You can check your balance by calling our client support center or via email.
